This is a recipe that my mom made. It is a variation of pizza, but no crust...much more Americanized.

Notes from the Test Kitchen:
This is SUCH an easy, tasty foundation recipe. Add additional toppings to suit your taste, if you like!

TOPPINGS

1/2 c
catsup
1 small
can mushroom slices
1/4 c
parmesean cheese
4-5 slice
american cheese

1
Soak bread in milk. After milk is absorbed, mix with the ground beef. Add the garlic salt and mix well.
Spread ground beef mixture on a pizza pan with edges.
2
Top with catsup and spread like pizza sauce to cover ground beef mixture. Next put mushrooms on all over the meatza pie.
3
Cut cheese in rectangles, 3-4 per slice and put on meatza pie to cover. Top the cheese with parmasean cheese. Sprinkle oregano over top of all. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve in wedges. (May need to drain grease before serving.)
