sugar
1 Tbsp
water
2 tsp
toasted sesame oil
1 tsp
rice wine vinegar
1 lb
beef tenderloin,trimmed and sliced into 1/4 inch thick medallions

Step-By-Step

1GRIND THE FIRST 3 INGREDIENTS IN A SMALL FOOD PROCESSOR OR WITH A MORTAR AND PESTLE.STIR IN THE NEXT 5 INGREDIENTS.

2POUR INTO SHALLOW DISH.ADD BEEF;TURN SLICES TO COAT.COVER AND CHILL 45 MINUTES.

3pREHEAT GRILL TO HIGH FOR DIRECT HEAT.REMOVE BEEF FROM MARINADE(DISCARD MARINADE).GRILL 2 TO 3 MINUTES,TURNING ONCE.
