Elaine's Notes:

This is a wonderful recipe for parties and get togethers of all kinds and they always disappear so fast! I made these several years ago for my daughter's wedding reception and people thought that they were absolutely delicious and wanted the recipe. I haven't made them in a while, but I've decided to make them for an upcoming church dinner, thanks to some suggestions from the great cooks here at JAP. You can use them as an appetizer or a meal served over noodles, rice or mashed potatoes. I hope that y'all enjoy these yummy meat balls.

Directions

1
If using Great Value Brand Frozen Homestyle Meatballs, remove from freezer and place in slow cooker. In medium sized bowl, whisk together soup mix, soups, and water. Pour over meatballs and stir.
2
Cook on low heat for about 4 to 6 hours or on high for about 2 to 3 hours, gently stirring occasionally. Serve hot.
3
This recipe can easily be doubled or even tripled if you need to make a lot for a party or other get together. The frozen meatballs saves time and is very easy. I prefer the Great Value (Walmart) brand over the others that I've tried. Enjoy!

I made some of these for a party recently and everyone just went nuts over them and after the party I started getting texts asking for the recipe! This is definitely a good one!

I love slow-cooker recipes! I plan to try these with the Turkey meatballs my husband likes to buy. I'm sure my son and husband will like them this way! As it is, they usually just heat them with a ragu sauce and eat with either pasta or as a sandwich on cibata bread. This will give them a new way to try them! Thanks for the recipe.

You're certainly welcome, Linda. Hope you and your family enjoy them! I've never made them with turkey meatballs, let me know how they turn out. Thanks!

Oh thought I'd mention, Save a Lot store brand actually has awesome frozen meat balls that work well in this dish! I stay away from the Armor brand meat balls. They're too much starch and fillers with very little actual meat.
