Although I really dislike steak, I do really like this because it doesn't taste like just plain ole steak.
The flavor palate of this just dances like a fiesta in your mouth.

Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb
flank steak
1/2 can(s)
beer
1 small
onion, peeled and quartered
1 Tbsp
minced garlic from jar
1 small
bunch cilantro
1 tsp
cumin
2 tsp
chili powder
1/2 c
salsa verde, green salsa

Step-By-Step

1In a zip lock bag, add all ingredients turn to coat and refridgerate for 2 hours, turning a few times.

2Grill under broiler or grill pan until med rare.

3Seerve with sour cream and more salsa, with yellow rice on the side.
