Brown meat, then drain, add back to pot with all spices.
Add chopped onion and saute until desired doneness, 5-10 min. Start adding mushrooms, soups, water... heat to boiling.
When almost boiling, turn off heat, add cream cheese(in chunks) and sour cream. Stir until mixed well. Serve hot over egg noodles or rice. I had french bread and the family ate it like a dip, straight out of the pot.
