- 2 lb
- hamburger (i use 80/20)
- shallot, diced
- 1 c
- italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/2 c
1Mix all the ingredients together.
2Form your meatballs. I make mine a little bigger than a golf ball.
3Pour a little sauce in the bottom of a baking dish and put the meatballs in.
4Pour sauce to cover and sprinkle with some parmesan.
5Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
