This is my St.Patty's Day special.
However I make this meal several times a year.My family loves this!
My son always tells me to make two briskets so he can have one for himself. lol! Hope you enjoy,Thanks!

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

1 bottle
beer
1 can(s)
beef broth
4 lb
corn beef brisket with season packet
1sm pkg
baby carrots
1 large
cabbage head wedged
2 medium
onions quartered
4-6 large
new red potatoes halved

Step-By-Step

1Place first three Ingredients
(Beef,Broth,Brisket&Seasoning Packet)in Crock Pot.
Cook on High for 5 hours.
2ADD ONIONS, POTATOES, AND CARROTS ABOUT 1 1/2 HOURS BEFORE THE CORNED BEEF IS DONE
3ADD CABBAGE 45 MIN BEFORE THE CORNED BEEF IS DONE
(Leave the Cabbage core in so quarters stay intact.)
