Ingredients

4 slice
bacon, finely chopped
1 c
lettuce, shredded
1 medium
jalapeños, diced
tortilla chips
1/4 lb
ground beef
1 medium
tomato, diced
1 jar(s)
queso (like mild feta cheese) melts well

Step-By-Step

1In a sauté pan add 1 Tablespoon olive oil, ground beef. Cook until brown and no longer pink. Add jalapeños and mix to combine.
Melt queso in a small saucepan.
In another sauté pan , add bacon and cook until crispy.
On a large platter arrange tortilla chips. Top chips with beef and jalapeños followed by melted cheese, lettuce. tomatoes and bacon. Serve immediately.
