Spaghetti and meatballs are always a favorite in our house.I make this for Church sometimes and always come back with an empty container.

Ingredients

2 lb
85/15 ground beef
11/2 Tbsp
lea &perrins
11/2 tsp
garlic powder
1/2 tsp
black pepper
1 tsp
salt or to taste
1/2 c
parmesan cheese
1/2 c
romano cheese
1 large
finely chopped onion
3 clove
fresh garlic very finely chopped
1
tube of ritz crackers crushed
3 large
eggs

Step-By-Step

1Mix all ingredients.Mix well.Roll into balls the size you prefer and carefully place in sauce.Cook on low heat for 2 hours.
