Ingredients

3 c
finely shredded cheddar cheese
1 c
bisquick
1/2 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
pepper
1/4 tsp
garlic powder
1 lb
lean ground beef
1/4 c
chopped green pepper

Step-By-Step

1In a laege bowl, combine all ingredients except ground beef. Crumble beef over mixture. And mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place meatballs on greased rack in a shallow baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes , or until meat is no longer pink. Makes about 4 dozen.
