onions, preferably vidalia onions
100% ground beef or 100% ground bison beef the secret to good moist meatloaf, must be lean beef

FOR THE GLAZE
Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat
Add onions and cook until almost tender, you can bellpeppers with the onion as well.
Add garlic and cook for 1 minutes.
Pour onions, garlic and butter into a large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients to the bowl, (except for the glaze ingredients)
Use your hands to mix together. Fry up a small portion of the meat as a “test patty” to make sure the seasonings are good.
Place the meat mixture (100% ground beef or 100% ground bison) into a loaf pan
Mix together glaze ingredients.
Spread half of the glaze mixture on the meatloaf and Bake for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and spread on the rest of the glaze.
Bake for another 30 minutes or until the meatloaf is ready.
Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing. and Enjoy!
