This is very easy and satisfying to a dieter. I eat this once or twice a week. You can enjoy the taste of a Big Mac with no carbs.

Ingredients

1 lb
ground beef(season with salt and pepper)
lettuce leaves
1 small
pickles
1/4 c
onion
thousand island dressing(fat free)
low fat cheese


Directions Step-By-Step

Brown ground meat or you can make patty.

Put lettuce ,chopped pickle and onion in a bowl.

add meat mixture or broken up patty to the bowl

Top with dressing and cheese.

Mix all together and enjoy!
