Big Mac (in a bowl)
This is very easy and satisfying to a dieter. I eat this once or twice a week. You can enjoy the taste of a Big Mac with no carbs.
- 1 lb
- ground beef(season with salt and pepper)
- lettuce leaves
- 1 small
- 1/4 c
- thousand island dressing(fat free)
- low fat cheese
1Brown ground meat or you can make patty.
2Put lettuce ,chopped pickle and onion in a bowl.
3add meat mixture or broken up patty to the bowl
4Top with dressing and cheese.
5Mix all together and enjoy!
