lettuce leaves
1 small pickles
1/4 c onion
thousand island dressing(fat free)
low fat cheese

This is very easy and satisfying to a dieter. I eat this once or twice a week. You can enjoy the taste of a Big Mac with no carbs.

Brown ground meat or you can make patty.

Put lettuce ,chopped pickle and onion in a bowl.

add meat mixture or broken up patty to the bowl

Top with dressing and cheese.

Mix all together and enjoy!

I'll try this with ground turkey. I'll just cheat and add beef boullion to the meat. thanks, always looking for good tasting low cal recipes

Wow - great idea, especially with very lean beef.
McDonald's grills their onions - I guess you could do that, too!

"Two all beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions, but NO sesame seed bun!"

Maybe we could sprinkle the salad with 1/2 a teaspoon of toasted sesame seeds!
