I love blue cheese to death and for them to put it on a burger is a double trouble delight for me!

Blue Ribbon Recipe

A bleu cheese lover's delight! Grill some up for your next tailgate and you'll be a winner before the game even begins.

Ingredients

1 1/3 lb
ground sirloin
1 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
handful chopped flat leaf parsley
1
shallot or boiling onion,minced
1/2 lb
crumbled blue cheese
extra virgin olive oil for drizzling
steak seasoning or coarse salt and pepper
4
crusty rolls, split
TOPPINGS
romaine lettuce leaves
vine ripe tomato slices
blue cheese dressing (homemade or store bought)

The BEST burgar I ever had was at a movie theater in salem Or. It had blue cheese and hot sauce on it. Cant wait to try this

I am thinking a boiling onion are the small pearl onions - I like shallots better than those though.
