This is another sandwhich like roll I make for mine & uncles lunches. Its fast, yummy & easy. And he enjoys it.

Ingredients

1 tsp
vegetable oil
1 medium
green or red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1 small
onion, cut into strips
2 oz
cream cheese, room temperature
2 Tbsp
mayonnaise dressing
2 Tbsp
thick steak sauce
3
flour tortillas
1/4 lb
deli roast beef, thinly sliced
1/2 c
swiss cheese, shredded

Step-By-Step

1Ina frying pan heat the oil over medium heat. Cook the bell peppers & onions in the oil for about 8 to 10 mins. Stir occasionally until vegetables are tender. Remove from the heat. Refrigerate veggies for about 10 mins or until cool.
2In a small bowl mix the cream cheese,mayonnaise & steak sauce until smooth. Spreaad cream cheese mixture over each tortilla to within 1/4 inch of the edge.
3Place equal amounts of roast beef & veggies on each tortilla. Sprinkle with cheese. Roll up each tortilla tightly, cut each roll into 8 pieces & serve with cocktail toothpick.
