Beef Stroganoff With Good Flavor (crock pot)

- lean beef ( like top sirloin)
- 1(8oz) pkg
- 1/2 c
- beef broth
- 1 c
- sour cream, lite
- 1 tsp
- dry tarragon
- olive oil, extra virgin,butter to fry
- salt and pepper
1Cut the beef into 2 inch long strips and fry it on oil until brown.Sprinkle with salt and pepper.Pour to the crock pot slow cooker.Add beef broth.
2In the same pan add a little butter and fry the onion for a few minutes. Add the mushrooms and fry for 5 minutes more.Sprinkle with the tarragon.Combine the mushroom mixture with the beef in a crock pot.Let it cook for 1 hour on high.
3Add the sour cream and cook another 2-3 hours on high.Serve over noodles.
