Beef Oatmeal Bean Stew in crockpot

Was going to make this crockpot stew, Wanted something different so instead of potatoes I used old fashion oats. This is a must try hearty meal.

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb
boneless sirloin roast
1 box
32oz beef stock
1 c
old fashion oats
2
chopped carrots
1
chopped celery stalk
1
small chopped onion
2 pkg
mccormic brown gravy
1 can(s)
cannelini beans rinsed and drained
1/2 c
corn or veggie of choice
1 tsp
garlic paste
1 tsp
onion powder
1 Tbsp
adobo powder
2 tsp
worcestershire sauce
1 c
any lite beer
few dashes hot sauce (optional)

Directions Step-By-Step

Season both sides meat with S&P.
Place in crockpot.
Add rest of ingredients.
Cover and cook on high 4-6hrs.

Meat will shred with fork easily right in crockpot.
Enjoy with french bread and butter for dipping.
