Ingredients

1 lb
lean ground beef
1/2 c
diced onion
2 clove
garlic, minced
10 oz
can tomato condensed soup
1 pkg
taco mix
8 oz
cheddar cheese, shredded
12
flat bottom taco shells

GARNISHES:

1/2 head lettuce,shredded
1 large tomato, chopped
sour cream
avocado slices

Step-By-Step

1Heat oven to 375^.
In a large skillet, brown meat, onion, and garlic until meat is no longer pink, about 8 minutes; drain.
Stir in undiluted soup and taco mix packet; heat through.
Spoon mixture into standing taco shells in baking pan, and top with cheese.
Bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
Serve with garnishes.
