This is easy for a busy family. Put it in the crockpot and come home later in the day, and supper is ready! Even my picky son will eat it!

v-8 vegetable juice
2 tsp
salt

sugar
2 Tbsp
minute tapioca

stew meat

Directions Step-By-Step

Put all ingredients in a 6-quart crock pot. Slow cook on low for 8 hours. (Do not recommend cooking in high)
