Ingredients

3 Tbsp
low-sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsp
rice vinegar or cider vinegar
2 tsp
sesame oil
2 tsp
cornstarch
3/4 lb
bonless,skinless chicken breast,cut in thin strips
2 clove
garlic,minced
2 tsp
vegetable oil
10 c
fresh or frozen vegtables your choice

Step-By-Step

1For stir fry sauce ,mix all small ingeredients in a small bowl set aside

2For stir fry
In a large skillet or wok stir-fry chicken and garlic in hot oil until browned.Add vegatables,cover and cook 5 min.(longer if vegatables are frozen)stir occasionally.Cookuntil vegatables are tender,but still crisp.Stir in sauce,cook until, thickens.Serve over warm rice
