Korean Turkey Burger on greens

I started out making this recipe from a recipe I got out of a magazine. Tweeked it and made it healthier and my own.

Ingredients

1 lb
lean ground turkey
3
scallions
8 tsp
srirachia sauce
2 Tbsp
low fat mayo or vegenaise
12 slice
cucumber slices
1 tsp
sesame oil
1
sweet onion chopped
1 c
arugula

Step-By-Step

1Preheat grill to medium-high

2Combine Turkey, scallions, 5 teaspoons srirachia sauce, and sesame oil. Do not over mix.

3Grill Burgers until internal temperature reads 165. Lest rest 5 minutes.

4Meanwhile mix together mayo and remaining 3 t of srirachia sauce. Assemble burgers, Arugula, sauce, cucumbers, sweet onions, burger on top. Splash a little extra sauce on top. Spicy, and Yummy!!
