I had this once and absolutely had to make it my own....can be eaten alone or over rice.

Ingredients

1 pkg
bean sprouts, fresh
1 bunch
scallions
1 medium
carrot, shredded
1 tsp
olive oil
1 Tbsp
toasted sesame seeds
1 Tbsp
soy sauce
1 pinch
red pepper flakes

Directions Step-By-Step

steam the bean sprouts for about 5 mins... just to soften a bit

meanwhile, in a skillet add oil, saute the scallions and shredded carrots. ( a couple mins)

drain sprouts, stir in...add the rest of the ingredients.... and that's it...so simple and delicious
serve alone (drain) or over rice ( don't drain)
