1 cup non-fat or low-fat chocolate milk ( i like tru-moo)
1/4 cup unsweetened green tea
1 1/2 cups frozen mixed, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries
1Pour chocolate milk, green tea and mixed berries into blender and blend until smoothie has reached desired consistency.
Pour smoothie into glass and serve cold.
