1/3 frozen banana (optional)
15 ice cubes

1 packet of stevia or other natural sweetener

As frequent indulgers in smoothies and homemade protein shakes, I have to say this recipe is awesome .. originally circulating on FB, its been tweaked to be a bit more of a protein shake. Id say this is more 'inspired by Frosty' than an actual knockoff, but it still tastes great! Enjoy!
