Pineapple Smoothie (Lactose Free)

I got this recipe from a friend who is lactose intolerant. I found it to be delicious and so easy to make that I prefer it to a regular pineapple smoothie. I hope you like it, too.

1 c
silk's plain soymilk or similar lactose free milk substitute
1 can(s)
(8 ounces) unsweetened crushed pineapple
1/2 c
pineapple juice
3 Tbsp
honey, sugar or equivalent sugar substitute
1/2 tsp
vanilla extract
1/4 c
ice cubes

Directions Step-By-Step

Place all ingredients except ice cubes in a blender and process until smooth. Coconut should be chopped very fine. Add ice cubes a couple at a time and continue to process until ice is crushed and incorporated into the drink completely. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
