|1 c||silk's plain soymilk or similar lactose free milk substitute|
|1 can(s)||(8 ounces) unsweetened crushed pineapple|
|1/2 c||pineapple juice|
|3 Tbsp||honey, sugar or equivalent sugar substitute|
|1/2 tsp||vanilla extract|

DirectionsPlace all ingredients except ice cubes in a blender and process until smooth. Coconut should be chopped very fine. Add ice cubes a couple at a time and continue to process until ice is crushed and incorporated into the drink completely. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
