Peanut Butter Smoothie with Extra Protein

- 1/2 cup milk or soy milk or almond milk
- 1/2 cup silken tofu
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 bananas, frozen
- 2 tbls chocolate syrup
- 6 to 8 ice cubes
1Place ingredients in blender jar and blend until smooth. For fun, top it with some whipped cream and a drizzle of extra chocolate syrup.
2If you want, you can use frozen bananas increase the milk and leave out some or all of the ice. It will be slightly darker in color but more concentrated flavor.
