Muskmelon smoothie

I bought a muskmelon at the grocery store on Wednesday and I cut and peeled the whole melon to have for dinner dessert; but the darn thing did not taste ripe..so I let it set a few hours on the table after dinner..then covered it and put it in the refrigerator.I took out a piece today and it still did not taste ripe enough..so this is what I did with it...This drink was so good..now I know I will make this again! I hope you try this recipe..

Food Processor

Ingredients

1 medium
muskmelon(that's the one with the orange flesh)
6 oz
container greek coconut blend yogurt
4 to 5 Tbsp
powdered sugar
juice
of one lime
1 c
crushed ice
1/4 c
vanilla ice cream, soft or milk

Directions Step-By-Step

Cut melon in half and remove seeds. Slice each 1/2 into 4 pieces and remove rind. Chop up the melon and place in your blender.

Add the lime juice and soft ice cream. Blend until it begins to get smooth. Turn off blender and add the yogurt, powdered sugar and crushed ice.
Blend until smooth and ice has disappeared. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
