Ingredients

2 medium
mangoes
1
mug of water
1 or 2
white tea bags
1 Tbsp
honey (or more if you like your tea really sweet)
1 Tbsp
lemon juice (fresh squeezed if possible)
1 c
plain or vanilla yogurt

Directions Step-By-Step

Place white tea bags in microwave safe mug in microwave. Cook on full power for 2-3 minutes.

Remove and cover, set aside for 5 minutes to steep and cool. Add a couple of ice cubes if necessary for quick cooling.

Peel and dice the mangoes, place in blender (or food processor)

Add honey, lemon juice,and yogurt to blender.

Discard tea bags and pour steeped tea into blender.

Blend until well mixed and smooth.

Enjoy.
