I absolutely love mangos...wanted a smoothie..but was tired of the same old same old stuff..was gonna indulge in a mango..but I always want more..had some avocados that neede to get used..walla! Inspiration hit..I cannot in good conscious by pass a perfectly good mango..lol...I am addicted..if I had papayas..I would've thrown some of that in..and would've totaled it differently...lol..really wasn't any great accomplishment..but I do promise you...IF YOU LOVE MANGOS...YOU WILL LOVE THIS..keep it the same or add more mangos..ENJOY..!!

Ingredients

vanilla flavored kefir

ripe bananas

champagne/honey mangos( ripe)

realllllyy large regular mango( ripe)

hass avocado

Okay will make this simple..lol..cause it is..:)

Peel all fruit place in blender w/kefir blend all together ..do not over blend..save a little of the honey mango ..dice it up and stir into smoothie/pudding..
If using a straw..just blend it into smoothie..or eat it plain..pour into mug, glass, or bowl..use straw or eat with a spoon..

Depending on how strong you want the mango..you can add more mango..but I really love it plain too..but this was plenty of mango flavor..and all you taste is mango..no banana..no avocado..just mango..also you can add chia seeds or grind up some flax seeds and add it..the possabilities are endless..
