As a mother of five.I have been asked how I have gottan my kids to eat there fruits and veggie's.My kid's eat most veggie's that some kid's won't even try.And I most say they will try anything once.

banana
1 c
stawberries
1/2 c
blue barries
1/2 c
orange juice
1 c
yogurt, vanilla,or plain
you can use any fruits...and try veggie's.i love to mix it up.sometimes i use cranbarries.

Mix fruit, yogurt and juice in a blender.till smooth.Garnish with a stawberry slice.
