Ingredients

ice cubes
1 c
skim milk

ripe banana sliced or 1 cup fresh or frozen fruit
1/3 c
quaker oat brain hot cereal uncooked
2 tsp
sugar or sugar substitute

Step-By-Step

1Place all ingredients in blender container or food processor bowl, cover, blend or process on high speed untill smooth and thick.
