Ingredients

1 c
strawberries, chopped (fresh or frozen)
1
banana, sliced (i used half of 1 small banana)
1/4 c
raw almonds, chopped
1/2 c
old fashioned oats
1 c
plain yogurt or vanilla yogurt (i used plain yogurt then added a little bit of vanilla paste)
1 tsp
maple syrup (or other sweetener: coconut sugar, raw, honey, etc., to taste)

Directions Step-By-Step

Place all ingredients in a blender and puree to desired consistency. If the smoothie is too thick, dilute with a little bit of water, milk or similar liquid.
