Cherry Yum Smoothie
|1/4 c||pineapple juice|
|3/4 c||milk (your preferred variety; i use almond)|
|2 Tbsp||yogurt (i use plain lowfat or greek)|
|1 c||canned tart cherries with juice|
|1||scoop vanilla protein powder|
My grandmother used to make the most amazing cherry pies, which is probably why I adore tart cherries! This is a healthy and easy way to get my fix =) With the pineapple juice and vanilla protein powder, this is usually plenty sweet for me, but you can always add some sweetener if you like.
