| 1/4 c | pineapple juice |
| 3/4 c | milk (your preferred variety; i use almond) |
| 2 Tbsp | yogurt (i use plain lowfat or greek) |
| 1 c | canned tart cherries with juice |
| 1 | scoop vanilla protein powder |

Directions
Put all ingredients except for protein powder into blender, process until smooth.With blender running at lowest speed, slowly add protein powder. (I find this is the best way to keep the powder from sticking to the sides of the blender.)
