Rose Petal Iced Tea

Ingredients

3 large
rose petals
3 c
water
1/2 tsp
fresh lemon juice
2 c
water
2 tsp
rosewater
1 dash(es)
pink food coloring
3 small
green tea bags
3 Tbsp
granulated sugar

Step-By-Step

1Bring the 3 cups of water to a boil.

2Add the rose petals and lemon juice then turn off the heat and allow it to sit for 8-10 hrs.

3Strain the rosewater into a large jug.

4Remove petals and discard.

5Bring the 2 cups of water to a boil, remove from heat and place in the tea bags. Brew for 5 mins.

6Remove the tea bags and add the granulated sugar to the tea. Stir.

7Serve well chilled over ice!
