Stove Top

Ingredients

1/2 c
water
1/2 c
milk
1/2 tsp
turmeric, ground
1 tsp
ginger, minced
1 tsp
honey
1 pinch
black pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

Bring water and milk to a boil
the add turmeric and minced ginger
and honey and a pinch of black pepper.

Let simmer for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.

Let cool before drinking.

Enjoy twice daily until your cold is gone.

Haldi doodh is as spicy, slightly sweet Native American remedy used for centuries to help eliminate cough, runny nose and congestion. Its mixture of milk, water, turmeric minced ginger black pepper and honey.
