THREE RECIPES GOOD FOR MAINTAINING A HEALTHY MIND AS WELL AS HELPING AN ALZHEIMERS MIND
1 part aniseseed
1 part Arame seaweed
1 part astragalus root
1 part burdock root
1 part chickweed, fresh if possible
1 part ginkgo leaves
1 part nettle leaves
1 part Panax ginseng root
Place all ingredients in a widemouthed glass jar. Cover with 3 times as much brandy, making a tincture.
Once the tonic is strained, you may turn it into a cordial by lightly sweetening it with maple syrup.
To use: Enjoy 1-2 teaspoons per day, a few days a week, in the autum-winter months.
1 tsp. dried Angelina root
1 cup boiling water
Steep 15 to 20 min. take throughout the day and at bedtime.
This is a wonderful blend to promote clarity and focus.
20 drops Grapefruit essential oil
15 drops Sweet Orange Essential oil
10 drops Spearmint Essential oil
