Very refreshing on a hot summer's day. The lemon-lime soda really brings out the flavor of the watermelon and the watermelon ice cubes are a nice treat too!

seedless watermelon cut into cubes

ice cubes

lemon-lime soda, cold

Directions Step-By-Step

Place 1 pound of the watermelon cubes in the freezer until frozen. These will be your "ice cubes".

Place half of the remaining watermelon cubes in blender or food processor with 4 of the ice cubes. Pulse until slushy. Slowly add 1 cup of the soda and pulse until combined.

Place frozen watermelon cubes in 2 tall glasses. Pour the soda in the glasses. Repeat the process for the remaining two sodas. Enjoy!
