- soy milk or low fat milk
- 1/4 c
- chocolate whey protein powder
- 2 Tbsp
- natural creamy peanut butter
1combine frozen yogurt, soy milk, protein powder and peanut butter in blender.
2cover and process until smooth. serve immediately.
