Ingredients

4 large
tomato
2 large
green chiles
1 medium
beetroot
1 bunch
spinach
1 tsp
ghee
1 tsp
black pepper
1 tsp
red chilli powder
1 tsp
cumin seeds
salt to taste
coriander for garnishing

Step-By-Step

1Boil the tomatoes, beetroot and spinach.
2Grind it in a mixer and strain.
3Add water and boil the mixture till it thickens slightly.
4In a pan, add ghee. When the pan is hot enough, add the cumin seeds, green chilies and red chilies.
5Add this seasoning to the soup.
6Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and black pepper.
7Serve hot.
