This drink is for Arthritis. Call turmeric a jack-of-all-trades—it’s one of the most versatile of all herbal healers. It is a popular stomach soother; an excellent skin food, treating myriad skin conditions, such as acne, dermatitis and psoriasis; tames oxidation; and relieves pain. In fact, as little as 1/4 teaspoon a day has measurable healing effects. Curcumin, the active ingredient in turmeric, may help prevent, control or kill several types of cancer, including breast, colon, prostate and skin

this helps relief the symthoms and reduce the swelling. taking it regularly helps stop the pain from starting. I would also use a peppermint essential oil in an olive or almond oil base. 15-20 drops in 2 oz oil. rub into it.

My mother swore by 10 bing cherries a day every day, and 1 oz apple cider vinegar. she took both every day. She used to freeze the cherries when they were in season for the winter when they were not.
