fresh spinach
2 c
coconut milk
1 tsp
lime juice, freshly squeezed
2 c
pineapple

ice, optional
2 Tbsp
chia seeds
2 Tbsp
flax seeds

Directions Step-By-Step

First put the coconut milk in your blender, then add lime juice followed with the pineapple, banana, and spinach.

blend for 30 seconds or more until mixed well and chia seeds are blended good

You may add ice to make it colder just blend well.
