Ingredients

2 c
fresh spinach
2 c
coconut milk
1 tsp
lime juice, freshly squeezed
2 c
pineapple
1
banana
1 c
ice, optional
2 Tbsp
chia seeds
2 Tbsp
flax seeds

Step-By-Step

1First put the coconut milk in your blender, then add lime juice followed with the pineapple, banana, and spinach.
2blend for 30 seconds or more until mixed well and chia seeds are blended good
3You may add ice to make it colder just blend well.
