Ingredients

Several bunch
ginger, raw and/or powdered form
Several bag(s)
tea bags
1 medium
lemon

Directions Step-By-Step

Ginger relieves arthritis pain, but it can cause nausea.

Eat a few slivers of raw ginger once or twice each day.

Put powdered ginger (about 6 teaspoons)in hot tea with lemon. If 6 teaspoons is too much for you, reduce the amounts until you find what works for you.
