Made with fresh fruit juice these Martini's are delicious AND they are lower in calories. Natural and light, made w/ fresh grapefruit, pomegranate, or fresh clementine juice, liqueur, and a splash of club soda. So, go on, try all the flavors; drink up! This idea comes from Betty Crocker.

Ingredients For skinny fruit juice martini's

  • 2 Tbsp
    gin or citrus vodka
  • 1 Tbsp
    clear orange liqueur
  • 3 Tbsp
    pomegranate juice or fresh squeezed pink grapefruit juice or fresh squeezed clementine juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    club soda
  • ice

How To Make skinny fruit juice martini's

    In cocktail shaker filled with ice, add gin or vodka, liqueur, and juice of choice plus lime juice. Shake until well mixed. Strain into martini glass, top off with club soda.

    Garnish as desired with clementine slice, grapefruit peel twist, or lime slice.
