Ingredients

pineapple chunks, fresh
1 Tbsp
cream of coconut
1
2 inch fresh ginger root, peeled
1 oz
silver tequila
1 oz
white rum
1/2 oz
creme de almond
1/2 Tbsp
frozen, orange juice concentrate

ice cubes
1
maraschino cherry with stem

Step-By-Step

1Combine 2 pineapple chunks, cream of coconut, ginger, tequila, rum, creme de almond, orange juice and ice in blender.
2Process until foamy.
3Pour into glass, garnish with 2 pineapple chunks and maraschino cherry.
