Notes from the Test Kitchen:
I just loved this different take on a Pina Colada. This tasty cocktail is sure to cool you down on a hot summer evening.

I had a hard time finding white cream soda, but I did find vanilla cream soda so I used that. Worked wonderfully!

Ingredients

1
48 oz. can of pineapple juice
1 bottle
pina colada mix
1 c
vodka
1/2 c
rum
lime, lemon or orange slices
white cream soda (can also use 50/50 soda or 7-Up)

Directions Step-By-Step

1
Mix together and freeze overnight. (For convenience, I use clean plastic ice cream pails for this.)
2
When time to serve, add 2 tablespoons (or desired amount) of slush to a glass and fill with white cream soda.
3
Garnish with fresh tropical fruit.
