- 1 pkg
- (81/2g) cherry jell-o or sugar-free
- ice cube
- 1/2 c
- cold water
- 1 c
- plain nonfat yogurt
- 1/2 tsp
- vanilla extract
- fat-free cool whip or whipped cream
1In a medium bowl, stir boiling water into gelatine powder for at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
Add enough ice cubes to cold water to measure 1 cup.
2Add to Jell-O until slightly thickened.Remove any unmelted ice. Add yogurt and vanilla, stir until well blended. Pour evenly into 4 dessert dishes.
refrigerate 30 minutes or until firm. Put whipped cream or fat-free cool whip top before serving.
