- 2 1.4 oz
- packages of vanilla instant pudding
- 2 8 oz
- containers of extra creamy cool whip
- 3 c
- whole milk
- 1 pkg
- dark chocolate baking chocolate
- 1 8 oz
- package of cream cheese
- lady finger cookies
1Let cream cheese soften. Beat until smooth and creamy with electric mixer.
Add milk half cup at a time and beat until well blended after each addition.
Add pudding in one package at a time beating well after each addition.
Add cool whip one container at a time beating well
after each addition.
Put a small amount of mixture at bottom of round 8in glass bowl and line the sides with the lady finger cookies.
Pour half of the mixture into the bowl and shred some chocolate over mixture. Then pour the rest of the mixture into bowl and shred chocolate on top.
Place in refrigerator overnight uncovered or at least several hours before serving. Overnight works better.
