- cup non dairy milk
- 12 oz
- soft regular or silken tofu, drained and cubed
- 2 tsp
- brown sugar
- 1 c
- vegan chocolate chips
1Heat the non dairy milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until steaming not boiling.
Put the tofu and brown sugar in a blender, then add the chocolate chips. Pour in the non dairy milk and process until completely smooth.
Spoon the mixture into small dessert bowls and refrigerate for 4 to 24 hours. Serve chilled.
2Can top with fresh raspberries or strawberries if desired.
