This is so creamy and delicious - I take this to work and there's never any left. This is great for diabetics too.

Ingredients

1-oz pkg
pistachio instant pudding (can use sugar-free/fat free)
8 oz
cool-whip (sugar free is good too)
8 oz
crushed pineapple, drained well
8 oz
cottage cheese (any type)

INGREDIENTS:

Step-By-Step

1Fold instant pudding into Cool-whip until blended.

2Add cottage cheese and drained pineapple

3Refrigerate in air-tight container for up to 2 weeks.

4This recipe can be made with any flavor of jello or pudding. I've tried lime, strawberry and cherry - they're all delicious. You can also add additional pistachio's or other nuts to give it crunch. ENJOY!
