Maja Blanca with Sweet Corn

3 c cornstarch sifted
5 c coconut milk, unsweetened
2 1/2 c evaporated milk
2 1/2 c white sugar
1 c sweet whole kernel corn
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt

This delicious recipe is made of cornstarch. It is very easy to cook and it does not have a lot of time to cook.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl (set aside at least half a cup of sweet whole kernel corn to be use later)then let it boil over medium heat. Stirring occasionally until it is sticky, when it is already firm, it means its already cooked.
In a container where you are going to use, put some corn.
Then pour the maja blanca mixture flatten evenly. Refrigerate before serving.
When it is already cold, turn the tray upside down and remove the maja so that the corn will be visible.
Slice it to your desired serving size.

Nonette- this sounds so good- I love the idea to make this with corn- could you also make it with pineapple instead? Thanks for sharing.Recipe pinched.
