Lovely Greek Yogurt
This makes a great bedtime snack, too. Or in the afternoon when you start craving something around 3 o'clock!
Protein: 16 g
Fat: 0 g
Carbohydrates: 10 - 12 g (depends on the fruit)
- 2/3 c
- greek yogurt, fat-free
- 1/4 - 1/2 c
- frozen fruit of choice (love wild blueberries)
- 1/2 - 1 pkg
- no-calorie sweetener (i use stevia)
Microwave on high power for 30 seconds. Stir in sweetener and yogurt.
